Ametrine - Tumbled Stone

Ametrine is originally an amethyst that began its transformation into citrine after coming into contact with the earth's magma. It therefore combines the qualities of Amethyst and Citrine. The name ametrine is formed by the combination of amethyst and citrine.

Stone discovered in the 1980s, it comes from deposits located in Brazil, Bolivia and Peru. There are very few deposits in the world. The most beautiful Ametrines undoubtedly come from the Anahi mine in Bolivia.
