Red Aventurine - Tumbled Stone

Aside from its hematite inclusions, red aventurine has essentially the same mineralogical characteristics as other varieties of aventurine. Indeed, aventurine is composed of silicon dioxide but its color will depend on the inclusions it presents.

This stone is often found in deposits located in Russia, India and Brazil.
