Jet - Rolled Stone

Jet is a lignite, a form of coal that forms from the decay of old wood. Under intense heat and pressure, this wood is transformed into Jet. Although not a mineral, Jet is an organic substance recognized as a semi-precious stone, much like Amber and Pearls.

The main jet deposits are found in France, Great Britain, Spain, Mongolia and the United States.

Composition: Calcium, Silicon, Alumina, Iron Oxide and Magnesium.

Purification: Water / Salt / Fumigation.

Recharge: Dawn / Moon / Quartz Geode.
