Leopard Jasper, often referred to as Jaguar Jasper, is a form of rhyolite characterized by its orbital-shaped inclusions. This stone occurs as masses decorated with lines and orbs, displaying an earthy color palette ranging from beiges to reds to browns. Its name comes from its mottled appearance. Although some varieties are called Jasper, this is actually a genuine rhyolite, resulting from powerful volcanic eruptions.

Leopard Jasper deposits are found in Mexico and Peru.
